New Users

I'm a new user, where do I start?

Editing Content

How do I edit the site?

Please follow the Help and Training page to get a walk-through on how to edit content and use Site Builder.

How soon are changes shown on the Internet after Publishing?

Changes will be immediately displayed to users after publishing a page, however, some browsers may save older versions of a page in its memory.  To see the newest version of a page, you may need to clear your browser cache.

How do I change the order or the links in the menu?

The order of the links is based on the layout in the Pages tab.  Navigate to here to modify/hide pages in the menu.

User Management

Can I have more than 1 user?

Only a single user is allowed for each Site Builder site.

How do I change my username/email?

Your username is the email address associated with your account.  To change the username: Log into your site > Click on the Account link in the top left corner on the Admin Toolbar > Type in your name username in the Email field > Click Save

How do I change my password?

To change your password: Log into your site > Click on the Account link in the top left corner on the Admin Toolbar.> click Change Password > Type in your existing and new passwords > Click OK

Site Management

Can I use my own domain name (URL)?

Yes, you can follow these instructions to set up your own custom domain.
